SHIPPING

We ship to the US with UPS Ground, and to Alaska and Hawaii with USPS. For other shipping options or international orders please contact info@half-wet.com directly to place an order.

You can also pick up orders from our studio in NYC. Select pick up as your shipping method during checkout, and we will follow up with you to arrange a time.

We will not require a signature unless it is requested by the customer - if you would like a required signature, please contact the studio. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has picked up a package, or incorrect addresses. For international orders the customer is responsible for paying any local fees including customs, duties, and taxes. Packages returned by the shipping service due to unpaid customs fees or for any other reason will be refunded and a 10% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping is non refundable.

RETURNS

If you would like to initiate a return please contact sales@half-wet.com within 7 days of delivery for further instructions. Food-safe silicone, limited edition, and jewelry items are final sale, as are all international orders and objects marked final sale.

In order to be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original packaging, unused, and otherwise in mint condition. We cannot refund items lost or damaged in transit back to the studio. Please re-box carefully. We are happy to provide return shipping labels, in which case the cost will be deducted from the customer’s store credit. Please note that any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their cost. In the event that your item is damaged in transit or is otherwise incorrect, please contact us within a couple days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
